HCCM Director
Ari has been a part of the HCCM family from the moment our founders established the non profit in Panama. Ari trusts and depends on God in everything she does to lead the teams at Family Service and Casa Providencia.
LESBIA CARDENAS
Social Worker
Lesbia Cardenas is a Social Worker for HCCM. She comes to us with 8 years of experience working with the Department of Child Protection at SENNIAF. She has valuable expertise in identifying urgent alternative family care for children, developing family assessments, and home visits. Lesbia has proven to be an amazing asset to Family Services.
ANA GABRIELA DE LA GUARDIA
Clinical Psychologist
Ana Gabriela provides weekly counseling for children and families in our program. She is a wonderful addition to our team. She is filled with the love of Jesus and we praise God for the gentle way she provides therapy for these children who have gone through very difficult situations.
ALEXANDRA NAVARRO
Director of Operations of Casa Providencia
Alexandra is the Director of Operations of Casa Providencia. Her full time job is dedicated to ensuring the daily processes at the orphanage run smoothly, thus ensuring our Casa Kids receive the best loving care. We're blessed beyond words to have Alexandra on our team.
EDUARDO ARIAS
Head of Maintenance
Eduardo Arias is the head of Maintenance at Casa Providencia. Since inception of the project, Eduardo has been Matt’s right-hand worker. His engineering intellect and attention to detail makes him a valuable employee of Heart’s Cry. We praise the Lord for bringing such a hard-working and honest team member.
JONITZA DE LEON
Administrative Assistant
Jonitza is the newest member of our team. She joined HCCM during the pandemic and quickly became a valuable member.
GRANT HARDEN
Vice President of Development
Grant joined the Heart's Cry team in August 2022 to oversee fundraising for the ministry. He has over ten years of high-level fundraising experience and was most recently on the development team at TLC (Tammy Lynn Center) in Raleigh, NC. He lives in Fuquay-Varina, NC, with his wife, Erin, and their three boys.
