HCCM Director
Ari has been a part of the HCCM family from the moment our founders established the non profit in Panama. Ari trusts and depends on God in everything she does to lead the teams at Family Service and Casa Providencia.
LESBIA CARDENAS
Social Worker
Lesbia Cardenas is a Social Worker for HCCM. She comes to us with 8 years of experience working with the Department of Child Protection at SENNIAF. She has valuable expertise in identifying urgent alternative family care for children, developing family assessments, and home visits. Lesbia has proven to be an amazing asset to Family Services.
ANA GABRIELAÂ DE LA GUARDIA
Clinical Psychologist
Ana Gabriela provides weekly counseling for children and families in our program.  She is a wonderful addition to our team. She is filled with the love of Jesus and we praise God for the gentle way she provides therapy for these children who have gone through very difficult situations.
ALEXANDRA NAVARRO
Director of Operations of Casa Providencia
Alexandra is the Director of Operations of Casa Providencia. Her full time job is dedicated to ensuring the daily processes at the orphanage run smoothly, thus ensuring our Casa Kids receive the best loving care. We're blessed beyond words to have Alexandra on our team.
JONITZA DE LEON
Administrative Assistant
Jonitza is the newest member of our team. She joined HCCM during the pandemic and quickly became a valuable member.
SHONICA PERROU
Development Coordinator
Shonica joined our staff as Development Coordinator in 2024. However, she is not new to Heart's Cry. Shonica served as Misty's paralegal in Raleigh before the Hedspeths relocated to Panama. Seventeen years later, she is honored to serve this ministry in an official capacity after watching its growth from from the very beginning. Shonica's passions and family law experience aligns naturally with the Mission of Heart's Cry. She brings a deep care for families and children as well as an astute attention to detail. Shonica keeps the Raleigh office running smoothly and her gifts are invaluable to the whole team.

EDUARDO ARIAS
Head of Maintenance, Construction Manager, Driver, Welder, Electrician, Carpenter, Caregiver and Friend
Eduardo Arias was the head of Maintenance at Casa Providencia. Eduardo was Matt’s right-hand man since the very beginning. His engineering intellect and attention to detail makes him a valuable employee of Heart’s Cry. The Casa kids adored their BIG PAPA and he adored them. We praise the Lord for bringing such a hard-working and honest team member, BIG PAPA, and friend.
